Our Story
Doug Gould ~ Founder
Bullets, Beasts & Bourbon is the melding of three Amazing Worlds.
Our founder, Doug Gould, brings over four decades of experience in teaching firearms skills and more than 25 years of expertise in conducting wine classes, events, and tastings.
He noticed that after a day of shooting, most of his students loved to share their experiences and excitement over some great Texas BBQ and a glass of Wine or Whiskey.
With this in mind, he has meticulously designed events that allow you to savor the best of all 3 worlds, individually or combined, but never at the same time.

The Genesis
of our journey began on the firing range, where enthusiasts reveled in the exhilaration of firearms. But we didn't stop there. After securing all firearms, we discovered that our guests yearned for more than just the echo of gunfire.
They craved the camaraderie of great Texas BBQ and the indulgence of premium Whiskeys. This discovery led us to curate themed events that blend these elements seamlessly, offering you an experience like no other.
That lead to themed events such as “Texas Bourne Guns and Whiskey” “Guns of John Wick” and the Greatest Christmas Movie ever… “Guns of Die Hard” with many more in the design phase.
